This shipping policy explains how The Halifax Honey Co. operates its shipping procedures and what you can expect when you place an order with us.

Shipping and delivery options

Free shipping on orders over $50 CAD. A flat rate option is also available. Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day.

International shipping

We ship within Canada and to the USA; duties and taxes are included in the order. Free and flat-rate offers do not apply to international orders.

Delayed orders

We keep you informed of the status of your order. In the event of a significant delay, we will let you continue with the order, modify it, or cancel it for a full refund.

Tracking orders

A tracking number is sent to you once your order has shipped.

Shipping restrictions

We cannot ship to PO boxes.
