Ingredients

  • 300g Rice noodles or Ramen
  • 1 lb chicken breast, finely sliced
  • salt
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced thin
  • ¼ red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 green onion, hopped
  • 1 tbsp Stingin’ Hot Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin 
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • ¼ cup water
  • 300g Rice noodles or Ramen
  • 1 lb chicken breast, finely sliced
  • salt
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced thin
  • ¼ red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 green onion, hopped
  • 1 tbsp Stingin’ Hot Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin 
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • ¼ cup water

Method

Step 1

Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the noodles for 1 minute. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Heat a drizzle of oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.

Step 3

Add the sliced chicken and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until the chicken begins to brown.

Step 4

Add the bell peppers, red onion, and Stingin' Hot Chili Garlic Sauce. Continue to sauté for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Step 5

Pour in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, green onion, and chicken stock. Stir continuously to combine.

Step 6

In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water until smooth. Add the mixture to the wok and stir well.

Step 7

Reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking, stirring frequently, until the sauce has thickened.

Step 8

Add the cooked noodles to the wok and toss until evenly coated in the sauce.

Step 9

Remove from the heat, divide among serving bowls, and serve immediately.

Chef's Tip

For extra heat and flavour, finish with an additional drizzle of Stingin' Hot Chili Garlic Sauce and a sprinkle of sliced green onions just before serving.
