Ingredients
- 1 Delicata squash, cut in half, seeds removed, sliced approx 1” thick
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Stingin’ Hot Honey + additional for drizzling
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pea shoots
- 1 Delicata squash, cut in half, seeds removed, sliced approx 1” thick
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Stingin’ Hot Honey + additional for drizzling
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, 1 tablespoon of Halifax Stingin Hot Honey, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add the squash and toss until evenly coated. Spread the squash in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 4
Roast for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the squash is tender and golden brown around the edges.
Step 5
Remove from the oven and allow the squash to cool slightly. Transfer to a serving platter or large salad bowl.
Step 6
Top with the cheese, seeds, and dried cranberries. Drizzle generously with Stingin' Hot Honey and season with additional salt and pepper to taste.

Finish with fresh greens and serve immediately while the squash is still slightly warm.
