3Method
1. Heat the oil:
Heat a pot of oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C) .
2. Fry the chicken:
Carefully add the Jane’s Restaurant Style Breaded Fillets to the hot oil and fry for 4–5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined tray. Season lightly with salt. 3. Add the hot honey:
While the chicken is still warm, place the fillets in a bowl and drizzle with Halifax Stingin’ Hot Honey. Toss gently until evenly coated.
4. Slice the chicken:
Slice the hot honey-coated chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside. 5. Build the salad:
Add the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, roasted corn, hard-boiled eggs, blue cheese, ranch, and bacon bits to a large bowl or serving platter. 6. Finish with chicken:
Top the salad with the sliced hot honey crispy chicken. Drizzle with a little extra Halifax Stingin’ Hot Honey for an added kick, if desired.
7. Serve:
Serve immediately while the chicken is warm and crispy.
