    Method
    1. In a small bowl, combine the lukewarm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Allow the mixture to sit for up to 5 minutes, until foamy and activated.
    2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
    3. Pour the activated yeast mixture into the flour and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
    4. Knead the dough until smooth and well incorporated.
    5. Cover the bowl and place it in a warm location. Allow the dough to rise for 2–4 hours, or until doubled in size.
    6. Uncover the dough and gently pull and fold it over itself several times to build structure.
    7. Cover again and let rest for an additional 30 minutes.
    8. Generously oil a baking pan and transfer the dough into the pan.
    9. Using your fingertips or the backs of two spoons, gently stretch the dough until it fills most of the pan.
    10. Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the dough and spread it across the surface.
    11. Sprinkle the Stingin' Hot Seasoning evenly over the top. Add the rosemary leaves and finish with flaky salt.
    12. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until the focaccia is golden brown and crisp on top.
    13. For extra sweet heat, drizzle Stingin' Hot Honey over the focaccia during the final 5 minutes of baking.
    14. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
